SDA were pleased to be appointed to provide specialist services design for a STEM undergraduate teaching laboratory.
A £4 million HEFCE-STEM funded award has supported the build of new teaching laboratories at the University of Nottingham. The development within the School of Chemistry sees the creation of a new teaching laboratory that is fully equipped with cutting-edge facilities used for research and teaching.
The new laboratory has a footprint of 760 square metres, and offers students an outstanding experience, using new ways of teaching in state-of-the-art amenities with the best use of technologies and ways of working. The laboratory has capacity for 150 students with 50 fume cupboards.
