We have considerable experience in working on in excess of 100 NHS projects, ranging from minor refurbishment and mechanical/electrical installations, to major new build developments to house state of the art healthcare accommodation and diagnostic and treatment equipment.
This experience has covered primary, secondary and tertiary care sectors, including residential care homes, health centres and surgeries, laboratory and support facilities, patient care and treatment facilities and specialist mechanical/electrical installations. We are familiar with the wide array of Department of Health guidelines including HTM’s and HBN’s, Firecode and Encode and work with these on a regular basis. We stay abreast of changing initiatives in healthcare services and procurement and maintain a capacity to work within the latest initiatives. We provide services to both NHS Trusts and other Client bodies and to contractors under Procure 21+ and other design and build procurement procedures.
